Alarm System for smaller settings, consisting of 2 doors, 1 motion sensor, state of art control unit and keypad at $149.00 for a 3 year monitoring term or $249.00 for 2 year monitoring term. Monitoring fee is $30/month via GSM and smart phone app for remote arming, disarming, notifications etc..
Zwave devices added for automation (door locks, garage o/h doors, lamps, thermostats etc..) at $4/ mo and installed price of the device, ranging $50 - $300 depending whether it is the door lock or lamp module and so on.
Any additional protection points @ $60 installed.
